All of our in-house employees and freelance translators have signed non-disclosure agreements. Compliance with this obligation is strictly monitored through annual audits in the context of ISO certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. For decades we have been collaborating closely with a specialised team of translators on the basis of mutual trust founded on many years of shared positive experiences.
All data is stored and processed on our high-performance in-house servers in Freiburg, Schramberg and Saarbrücken. State-of-the-art firewall configurations and virus scanners ensure a smooth workflow. All data is backed up daily via an NAS system (disks with RAID system), and each back-up is stored separately from the server. Both of our NAS systems and all our servers are equipped with a redundant array of independent disks (RAID). All servers are located in locked rooms that are separate from the generally accessible office rooms.
